Passport is legal document which is issued by authorized officer / immigration officer in a country as identity for interstate traveling. For getting passport, you can come to immigration office in your city and the following steps for issuing passport :
Collect form in the counter and fill the form according to the instructions
Submit form to another counter and pay administrative costs, generally Rp.250.000 – 300.000,- make sure you get receipt of payment, than you will get schedule for taking picture and interviewing generally 3 – 7 days after submission.
According to the schedule, you come back to immigration office, giving confirmation to counter and please queue, your name will be on in time
After your name is called, go into picture room and ready for taking picture
After taking picture you go to another room for getting interview, immigration officer usually ask about what country you’re going and for what you go there.
After finishing all the processing as mentioned above, you’re getting your passport on 1 – 2 days.
Working Visa
Working visa is working permit in a country for foreign worker which is issued by government / commissioner of labour. Generally validity of working visa is 2 years and the following steps for issuing working visa :
Make sure you have Passed your passport, 4 pieces 3x4 size photo and Certificate of graduated to your company where you’re working.
The company will write request letter for working permit to commissioner of labour and they will get calling visa
After issuing the working permit from commissioner of labour, it will pass through to their embassy in Indonesia.
After accepting calling visa from your company, you can go to medical / hospital in Indonesia appropriate reference from government of those countries to get pass medical check up recommendation.
After getting result of medical check up recommendation, generally one day after getting test, you come to their embassy as like Brunei embassy or Australian embassy in Jl. Teungku umar, Menteng jakarta.
Make sure you come there with your passport, calling visa, photo according to embassy reference and medical check up recommendation.
Collecting registration form of specified counter and fill the form reference to instructions
Submit all requirements as mentioned above and pay administrative costs generally Rp.120.000–Rp.200.000,-
After 3 days you can collect your passport from that embassy and you will find new stamp with 3 months validity

After coming in your destination country and meet your boss of your company, they are helping you to next processing as follow :
