Problem Solving

I remember last year had explained this matter in-house training program, at that time I decided to take this matter as a matter of training is due to the current conditions it is necessary a concept about changing the mind set and increased cooperation among all individuals.

In the journey of life is of course very fluctuated, sometimes we must make every effort to achieve the target and purpose, but sometimes we are given the ease to reach it, the most important thing we have to keep moving with optimistic to achieve the target that we expect.

Before we understand how to solve a problem, we need to know in advance what the problem was. The problem is a conflict or difference between the situation that occurred with the expected situation. when there is a difference with the situation in any way then it is called a problem, a problem that is not for us to avoid (run away from the problem) but we have to finish up with a proper solution to a problem that is formed does not accumulate into a bigger problem.

Problem Solving itself is a process involved in the efforts to find the correct sequence of alternatives and answers that lead to a goal or towards the ideal solution.

Six steps in problem solving is as follows:

1. Defining the problem

The initial step we have to do is understand what the problems being faced, if not fully understand the matter at hand of course we will never get a good solution in solving these problems.
defines these problems can be done by writing matters what happens today and determine the matter implied or influenced by any particular reaction to what we should understand as well as possible. Of course, knowing the causes of the problem we will not do is become a bigger problem because it repeats the errors that occurred.

2. Analysis of Possible For Potential

In the second step, after we know the problems that occur and the factors causing the problem, we can analyze the possible causes of potential that would be caused by such problems. to determine potential causes we can prevent a problem that happens to be a snowball that results or cause other problems.

3. Identify Possible Solutions

When we've done the second step and know the potential that can be generated because the problem, then we can identify solutions to these potential causes. If we know the potential causes of the problem so we can identify solutions with more precise and wise, "No original action solution without knowing the first and second steps".

4. Select and stacking priorities based Solutions

When we have identified a solution to the problem, we have to list again the solution which priorities should be implemented immediately (stacking corresponding priorities). this needs to be done because there is no problem that can be solved with a short, need a step priorities take precedence.

5. Develop an Action Plan

Once we list solutions that will be able to plan further actions to be taken. Certainly the implementation of the solutions that we need to keep our flat planing again in the form of an action plan. These things include the planned time, place and action that list we already stacking solution can be implemented properly.

6. Implement Solutions and Perform Evaluation

"Do it", doing what is already planned, without the implementation of all plans as well as any nothing (Action, without action is nothing) ..
and the final step is always monitoring and evaluation of what we do as a basis in determining the success of the plan and basic as taking another step solution if it fails in its implementation.

Every problem is that will make you, your organization mature and develop, and all organizations as well as large is the organization / person who can face all the problems with good and big soul

The first category is "Evade"
People who fall into this category are

Escape when there is a problem (running away from the problem) so the problem never completed and she continued to shy away from problem to problem one another until the problem becomes very large
Blaming others when there is a problem that comes
Deny when there is a problem
in this category can be sure the problem is not finished, but the problem will continue spinning and throwing snow balls are gradually becoming a bigger problem.

The second category is the "Attack"

People who fall into this category are

Criticizing others when there is a problem that comes as a step throwing stones to hide the hand
Gossip, is one step in attacking the people to throw an error due to problems that occurred.
Fight, is a form of attack category, which eventually resulted in the problem becomes bigger
in this category certain problems that occur will be greater without a favorable settlement.

The third category is "Peace"
People who fall into this category are
Forgetting, this step is a step problem solving to solve a problem, which did not raise to the surface of one's own mistakes that occur due to minor problems, so that conditions remain conducive
Talk 4 eyes, is one wise step that needs to be done when problems occur can be solved by either face to face
Enlist the help of a third person as a mediator is a wise step in solving a problem.
