Structure Rasio for Block Plan Estimate

At the time of making estimation block plan of course we do not yet have enough image data to calculate the volume of work items, some of which we can do is to refer to a standardized or reference to the data recapitulated in real each project so that the same can be used as a reference in determining volume calculation raiso setruktur items primarily comprising iron, formwork and concrete.

Here are the usual standards that I use
Hige Rise Building
Concrete
Plat          : 0.12 to 0.13 m3 / m2 (cubic meters of concrete per square meter of floor)
Beams     : 0.09 to 0.11 m3 / m2
Column   : 0.05 to 0.07 m3 / m2
An average of 0.26 to 0.31 m3 / m2

Reinforce bar
Plat         : 80-130 kg / m3 (kg reinforcement bars per cubic meter of concrete)
Beams     : 180-300 kg / m3
Column   : 200-350 kg / m3
An average of 160-175 kg / m3

Form Work
Plat          : 7.5 - 8 m2 / m3 (square meters form work per cubic meter of concrete)
Beams     : 6 - 9 m2 / m3
